Job Description
As a home care registered nurse (RN), you will ensure hospice patients are comfortable and forge compassionate, meaningful connections with the people in their lives. This is important work that comes with equal responsibility, patients and families trust VITAS nurses to guide them through the end-of-life journey, and maintaining that trust is our highest priority.
Requirements
- Currently licensed to practice nursing in the state where the VITAS program is located.
- A minimum of two years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or community health in the last five years.
- Equivalent experience or licensure may be considered
