RN Case Manager

VITAS Healthcare is seeking a passionate and compassionate RN to provide end-of-life care to hospice patients. The RN will focus on comfort, connection, and guiding patients and families through their end-of-life journey, contributing to a holistic approach to palliative care. Requirements

• Currently licensed to practice nursing in the state where VITAS operates.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or community health.
• Reliable transportation.
