Requirements
- Ability to travel per job requirements.
- Thorough knowledge of community resources (desirable).
- Knowledge of psychosocial issues (terminally ill patients) and effective coping strategies.
- Reliable transportation.
- At least one year of social work experience in a health care setting.
- Master of Social Work license (required).
