The Team Manager is the leader of the Patient Care Team, responsible for supervising, evaluating, and coordinating team members, ensuring continuity of care, and serving as patient advocate. The role involves directing patient care services, managing staff, and ensuring quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Two years successful supervisory experience or equivalent in a health care organization
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Current and valid R.N. License to practice in the state where the VITAS program is located
