Regulatory Lawyer - Payments

Viva.com is looking for an experienced Regulatory Lawyer to join its Regulatory Compliance Function. The position is based in Athens, Greece and reports to the SVP of Legal and Compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing regulatory compliance advice and ensuring the company captures and monitors all legal and regulatory developments relevant to its business.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of legal/regulatory experience
• Law degree, ideally complemented by a Master's in European Banking/Payments Regulation, Risk Management, or related fields
• Solid knowledge of Greek and EU financial regulations, particularly those relevant to payments (PSD2, CBPR, IFR, DORA, etc.)
