Senior Growth & Product Data Analyst

Viva.com, the 1st Tech Bank in Europe for Businesses, is looking for a Senior Growth & Product Data Analyst to strengthen its ability to make data-informed product and growth decisions. The role involves analyzing user behavior and product performance to support product and growth decisions, delivering product analytics insights, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in data analysis, ideally in a tech or product-driven environment
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, used daily for analysis and querying
• Hands-on experience with data visualization and BI tools
• Proven experience in product and/or growth analytics
• Experience performing exploratory analysis with limited guidance
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working in cross-functional environments and fostering strong working relationships with partners
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and openness to using them to improve analytics efficiency
• Python experience is a plus, especially for exploratory analysis or automation
• Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and verbal
