Contracts Manager - Logistics

Viva Energy is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead the commercial and financial performance of bulk fuel cartage contracts, driving value through commercial strategy and enhancing performance across both commercial and operational teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in contract management and commercial negotiations.
• Strong understanding of supply chain economics and logistics cost models.
• Demonstrated success in managing tender processes and awarding contracts (typically $5M–$80M pa).
• Experience working with carrier or transport providers in a logistics setting (highly desirable).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and resolve complex issues.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
