Assistant Resident Care Director

The Assistant Resident Care Director is responsible for providing direct nursing care, administering medication, and documenting resident care. The role requires a minimum of one year of clinical experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work well with peers and residents. The position involves working with residents' care plans, providing support and care, and maintaining a homelike environment. The Assistant Resident Care Director must also be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, and must adhere to facility policies and procedures.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of full-time or equivalent clinical experience
• Comply with standards of business conduct in accordance with federal, state and local health and regulatory standards and guidelines
• Must possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or a GED
• Must be able to work well with peers in a congenial work environment
• Must maintain the utmost compassion and dignity to the residents and adhere to the Resident Bill of Rights
