LPN

The essential functions of the LPN are to provide care, treatment, and medication administration to residents, maintain high standards of compassion, and adhere to Viva Senior Living's policies and procedures. The role involves monitoring resident conditions, assisting with care staff oversight, and ensuring adherence to all facility standards.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid LPN license issued by the State School of Nursing
• Must be able to work well with peers in a congenial work environment and maintain utmost compassion and dignity.
• Must adhere to Viva Senior Living’s attendance policies and follow the terms and conditions of employment.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to see, hear, or use prosthetics to function adequately
• Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday
