Resident Care Associate

The Resident Care Associate provides direct care to residents, contributing to continuity of care and effective communication. This role requires a high level of compassion and adherence to facility policies and safety procedures. The position reports to a Resident Care Director and requires participation in emergency drills and investigations.

Requirements

• Compliance with federal, state, and local health and regulatory standards
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with peers
• Ability to adhere to Viva Senior Living’s attendance policy
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
