Job Description
The AI Enablement Consultant helps clients adopt and use Vivaldi’s AI platform, configuring agents, guiding onboarding, and training teams. This hands-on role requires excitement about AI, learning systems, and helping people change their workflows.
Requirements
- Lead client onboarding for the AI platform
- Configure and customize AI agents for client needs
- Guide clients through data setup (projects, people, time, expenses)
- Train client teams on how to use agents effectively
- Translate client workflows into agent skills and tools
- Troubleshoot early adoption issues and usage gaps
- Partner with product and engineering to surface improvement needs
- Act as the day-to-day AI guide for clients during transition
