Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics/Business Administration or Marketing
• First practical experience in strategy development or management consulting
• Outstanding problem-solving and communication skills, as well as high levels of commitment and teamwork
• Excellent analytical skills, creative thinking, and structured approach
• Enthusiasm for marketing and innovation topics
• Very good German, English (spoken and written), and MS-Office skills
