As a Senior Associate - Consulting, you will accompany the entire project process from analysis to implementation, lead project strands, and develop solution concepts.

Requirements

• Above-average good diploma or master's degree in economics/marketing
• At least two years of professional experience in marketing and/or management consulting
• First experience in leading and managing strategy projects in the marketing context
• Outstanding problem-solving, communication skills, and a high degree of commitment and team spirit
• Strong pioneer and entrepreneurial spirit, high degree of self-initiative and empathy
• Excellent analytical skills, creative thinking, and structured approach
• Very good knowledge of German, English (in writing and speaking), and MS-Office
