Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager/Data Science professional to support a mission-focused AI/ML program. This role operates at the intersection of product strategy, mission needs, and AI/ML technology, guiding the development and delivery of machine learning products within a secure digital intelligence environment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant technical or business discipline
• Experience supporting product development in an Agile or Scrum environment
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, data analytics, and statistical methods
• Familiarity with ML model development lifecycle and MLOps practices
• Experience using data and metrics to drive product decisions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional technical teams
• Experience leading high-performing technical or product teams
• Experience supporting Intelligence Community or DoD programs
• Experience working in joint military or intelligence environments
• Product Management, Agile, or Project Management certification (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP, SAFe)
• Demonstrated curiosity and continuous learning mindset in emerging AI technologies
