Salesforce Architect

Serve as a Technical Lead responsible for architecture, solution design, and delivery of complex government modernization initiatives, leading the transition of legacy applications to Salesforce Government Cloud Plus using Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS).

Requirements

• Lead architectural design and implementation of modernized solutions using Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS)
• Drive migration of legacy systems and components to Salesforce Government Cloud Plus
• Oversee ingestion, transformation, and management of high-volume datasets ensuring scalability and data integrity
• Design, develop, and test APIs, user interfaces, and batch processing jobs in an Agile delivery model
• Ensure compliance with FedRAMP High security controls and support Authority to Operate (ATO) requirements
• Configure and manage Salesforce platform components including profiles, roles, and access controls
• Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using MuleSoft or similar middleware
• Partner with product and business teams to define technical solutions and provide accurate level-of-effort estimates
• Lead Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and mentor development teams to deliver high-quality, incremental releases
• Utilize tools such as Postman and SoapUI for API testing and validation
• Ensure solutions meet accessibility standards including WCAG 2.0 and Section 508
