Facilities Lead

The Facilities Lead will be responsible for owning and driving repair and maintenance operations to meet and exceed customer expectations. They will manage work order completion, utilize strong partnerships to achieve the best outcome, and demonstrate a thorough understanding of customers' organizations and shared goals and objectives.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in supervisory roles at convenience store, grocery, retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, customer retention, business development, and/or account management
• Fluent with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a high degree of reliability, commitment, tenacity, teamwork, and creative energy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong problem-solving skills and data analysis abilities
• A high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
