Senior Sourcing Executive

Develop customized contract strategy recommendations for complex contracting needs, including physician preference, clinical preference, purchase services, and capital categories. Negotiate contract terms, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, analyze cost-saving opportunities, and support initiatives that reduce spend, improve operational efficiencies, maximize delivered value, and enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Relevant degree preferred
• 5 or more years of relevant experience required
• Experience negotiating and managing complex sourcing and contracting initiatives required
• Proficiency with sourcing, contracting, and data analysis tools required
• Experience collaborating with legal teams and cross-functional business partners required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret cost data and develop actionable recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Willingness to travel
