Requirements

Solid experience in electronic design and embedded systems.
Proficiency in RF, high-speed design, and EMC/CE constraints.
Experience across the full hardware development cycle, from prototype to industrialization.
Good understanding of DFM / DFT / production challenges.
Ability to work on complex products combining electronics, software and mecanics
Strong prioritization skills, structured thinking, and execution rigor.
Comfortable making decisions under cost, quality, and time constraints.
Transparent communicator, able to align with Quality, Industrialization, and Executive teams.
High energy, resilience, and strong product ownership mindset.
