Founder’s Associate

As a Founder’s Associate, you will work directly with the founder, take responsibility for central projects, and gain insight into strategy, marketing, and operations. You will be a co-designer of the company and treat VLACE as your own company.

Requirements

• Collaboration with the founder on strategic and operational projects
• Identification and implementation of growth initiatives
• Building B2B partnerships and brand collaborations
• Analysis of sales, marketing, and e-commerce data to make better decisions
• Planning and implementation of product launches and campaigns
• Building efficient processes and structures within the company
• Preparation of pitch decks, business cases, and strategic decisions
• Close collaboration with retail partners, agencies, and external partners
