Job Description
Join VMD Corp (VMD), a recognized leader in transportation security, as an Administrative Support - Mission Support Specialist. You will provide administrative support for the Project Manager(s) and executive staff, performing tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing executive staff minutes, drafting correspondence, and tracking Government Furnished Equipment. In this role, you will also act as VAP Administrative Coordinator and Customer Service Liaison.
Requirements
- Human Resource experience
- Ability to provide advanced administrative and business support to the management team
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft SharePoint, and Office 365
- Ability to gather, compile, review, and analyze data
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
