Job Description
DHS Case Analyst - Top Secret. Xcelerate Solutions is in need of a Full-Time Background Investigations Document Control Specialist to work our DHS Programs in McLean, VA. Candidates must have an active Top Secret level security clearance to be considered.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience + 5 years of experience
- Active Top-Secret Clearance
- Able to obtain approval from DHS government customers
- Experience in working Federal Background Investigations
- Organization skills to balance and prioritize work
- Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
- Communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Personal computer and business solutions software skills
- Ability to identify, understand and apply federal, state and local changes to and/or new regulations/laws pertaining to personnel investigations
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Discipline in time management and ability to multitask
- Ability to synthesize information, identify key findings and determine conclusions
- Strong writing skills and proficiency with PC and networked environments
