Cyber Security Engineer SME with FSP

Cyber Security Engineer SME with FSP experience is sought to provide mission-critical system support to an Intelligence Community (IC) customer. The role is responsible for protecting customer information systems and networks from cyber-attacks and serving as a technical lead for the security team.

Requirements

• Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade security controls and tools used to protect enterprise systems and networks
• Design, configure, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain security technologies such as firewalls and endpoint protection tools
• Formulate systems and methodologies to respond to security related events and assist in remediation efforts of cyber security incidents
• Conduct routine vulnerability scanning and assessment activities and provide formal and informal reports to technical teams
• Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise to the security engineering team and coordinate with peer Technical Leads
