Job Description
Personnel Security Specialist/Officer – TS/SCI with CI Poly. Supports day-to-day Program security operations, including personnel, physical, IT, and Program Security.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI poly
- 3+ years DOD/IC personnel security experience
- HS diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 3-years' experience
- Experience reviewing SF-85/SF-86 for completeness and experience in the background investigation process
- Knowledge of SEAD 3 reporting requirements, SEAD 4 guidelines, Federal Investigative Standards (FIS), and ICD requirements
- Understanding of Trusted Workforce 2.0 and Continuous Vetting (CV)
- Familiarity with polygraph processing and eligibility requirements
- Experience maintaining PII, clearance rosters, briefing, and government security systems
- Strong understanding of classified markings and document handling requirements
- Experience with a minimum of 3-year experience of disciplines of security in physical, ICD SAPF/SCIF construction, technical security, personnel security, operations security, and Background Investigation operations
