Job Description
We are seeking a Scrum Master to support our federal client in designing, architecting, and implementing a secure application development environment (ADV) specifically engineered to accelerate the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) transformation.
Requirements
- Execute Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles throughout the product lifecycle.
- Guide teams in Agile and SAFe methodologies, reinforcing team norms, supporting team commitments, and facilitating progress toward sprint and PI objectives.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and actionable guidance to team members to improve Agile maturity and delivery performance.
