Business Consultant (Salesforce Commerce Cloud)

We're looking for a driven and ambitious Consultant with experience in sectors like FMCG/CPG, B2B, or Omni-channel Retail to join our Business Consultancy team. As a Business Consultant (Salesforce Commerce Cloud), you'll partner with top-tier clients, leveraging your eCommerce, digital and business expertise to deliver diverse projects across a range of digital channels.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of client-side or consultancy experience in eCommerce
• Excellent working knowledge of digital ecosystems including hands-on experience of Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Digital expertise in FMCG/CPG, Retail, or Automotive
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Experience in client discovery and information gathering through a variety of methods
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and selling/trading across multiple channels
• Naturally curious and ambitious, continually seeking new challenges and opportunities to grow and learn
• Organised with good time management and prioritisation skills
• A collaborative team player, working effectively within cross-functional teams
