E-Learning Manager (m/w/d) Electrical Engineering

Job Description

You will be responsible for:

• Content development of learning units and creating suitable practice tasks for apprentices in the professions:
• Electrician for Automation Technology
• Operations Technology
• Devices and Systems
• Managing the library of learning content and deciding which learning units are created.
• Leading external employees (especially authors) and being responsible for quality assurance of the learning content on our platform.
• Creating your own learning units by formulating didactically prepared texts and designing learning videos.
• Developing simulation tests and test questions to prepare apprentices as well as possible for their IHK exam.
• Answering apprentices' technical questions and accompanying them through their training.
• Continuously checking our learning units and pointing out changes in the professions (e.g. due to changes in the training regulations or changes in laws).
• Supporting sales with your expertise and participating as an expert in various events.
