Job Description
The Subject Matter Expert (Insurance) will develop and create learning units and exercises for insurance and financial services representatives. This includes writing scripts, developing exam simulations, answering learner questions, and continuously reviewing learning materials to reflect industry changes. The role involves teamwork, proactive problem-solving, and a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as an insurance and financial services representative (at least “good”).
- Ideally, further training as a certified specialist in insurance and finance (IHK).
- Familiarity with insurance training content.
- Ability to explain facts clearly in writing or visually.
- Understanding of the target group’s needs and expectations.
- Enjoy working in a team.
- Proactive and helpful attitude.
- Ability to laugh at yourself.
