Job Description
The Peer Recovery Navigator will provide concrete services to assist patients with behavioral health needs and Buprenorphine induction, engaging them in a continuum of care to achieve and maintain motivation. This involves outreach, appointments, home/agency visits, and documentation. They will adhere to HIPAA rules and maintain excellent relationships.
Requirements

- Outreach phone calls and letters
- Accompany patients to treatment appointments
- Promote pro-social behaviors
- Document and bill all interactions
- Attend agency staff meetings
