Fibre Network Design Team Leader

Fibre Network Design Team Leader responsible for leading day-to-day team operations, owning end-to-end planning and design of fibre routes, and managing business deliverables. The role requires expertise in fibre network planning, design, and delivery coordination, as well as leadership and coaching skills. The ideal candidate will have 8-12+ years of experience in the field and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Telecommunications.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years’ experience in fibre network planning/design and delivery coordination, including people leadership and coaching
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Telecommunications
• Fibre Network Design Fundamentals (OSP/ISP, FTTx, aerial and underground design principals and demonstrate technical knowledge)
• Leadership: Expert
• Fibre Network Design Fundamentals (OSP/ISP & Buildability): Expert
• Safety in Design, Standards & Compliance: Expert
• GIS & CAD Tools for Network Records: Expert
• Costing, Estimation & Commercial Acumen: Expert
• Coverage Planning & Team Enablement: Expert
• Routing Trade-off Analysis & Path Optimization: Proficient
• Project Planning, Prioritization & Reporting: Proficient
