Job Description
AGM - Optical Operations: responsible for driving and evolving Vodafone Idea's IP/MPLS based pan India transport network, operationalization, product capability validation, sign off, KPI & SLA benchmarking, and developing measures to catapult transport service level SLAs to next level for mobility internet services, products.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in telecom/IT/OEM with 5-7 years in handling large scale telecom network domain
- Implementation, operations & management of data networks and services in large service provider environment
- Service performance KPIs/SLA benchmarking and strategies for continual performance improvement
