Job Description
As a Discover Trainee, you'll have the chance to discover different facets and areas of Vodafone over 18-24 months. You'll work in the Networks - Customer Fulfillment area and have the opportunity to learn about cable technology and processes, simplify processes, and contribute to better customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Master's degree (or a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of work experience)
- Fluency in German and English (C1 level according to GER)
- Well-developed communication and analytical skills, combined with curiosity, team spirit, and initiative
- Enthusiasm about new technologies and designing simple processes for customers
- Project management skills and ability to take on topics independently
