Job Description
We are seeking a German-Speaking Global IoT Service Expert to lead the IoT service relationship for Vodafone’s largest IoT accounts. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to customers, managing in-life IoT services, and providing governance over IoT operations such as incident, change, and problem management.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and proficient in German
- ITIL v3 Foundation Certification
- Strong project management skills
- Advanced IoT technical knowledge
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and trend interpretation
- Solution-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in challenging environments
