We are seeking an HR Advisor to provide high-quality, remote HR advisory and transactional support to employees and people leaders. The role acts as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, delivering consistent, policy-based guidance through phone and email channels while managing cases efficiently through HR systems.

Requirements

• Foundational understanding of HR operations, including resourcing, reward, learning, and development
• Strong communication skills and ability to support diverse stakeholders in a multicultural environment
• Good business awareness and a customer-focused mindset
• Confidence using MS Office and enterprise HR or ERP systems
