Junior Engineer 1st Line

VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions) is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled individual to provide 1st Line technical services for live IT systems used by Vodafone operators (OpCos and JVs). This role involves supporting software and hardware development, implementation, testing, modifications, and troubleshooting across telecom applications and network systems.

Requirements

• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Knowledge of an additional widely spoken European language is an advantage
• Understanding of operating systems, databases, and IT applications used in mobile and fixed telecommunications
• Basic technical knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G and networking
• Experience collaborating with diverse technical teams and delivering strong stakeholder communication
• University degree, preferably in a technical field (e.g., Electronics and Telecommunications, Automation and Computers, Computer Science, or related areas)
