Job Description
Vodafone is seeking a Senior Campaign Specialist to join their Local Consumer Business Unit in Greece. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering Vodafone's always-on marketing vision by owning and shaping the decisioning and contact strategy that transforms briefs into automated customer journeys and maximizes customer value across the lifecycle.
Requirements
- MSc or BSc in Statistics, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Studies
- 3+ years of experience in customer behavior analysis, CVM or decisioning roles
- Proven ownership of complex always-on use cases across Physical & Digital channels
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (PEGA expertise or certifications strongly preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset and passion for data-driven decision-making
- Proven ability to work with multiple data sources, advanced SQL knowledge, and strong technical fluency in marketing automation
- Experience working in agile teams, adaptability, and a proactive mindset to contribute to iterative delivery
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and effective time management with attention to detail
