Job Description
We are seeking a Market Engagement Lead to join our HR Transformation function. In this role, you will act as the key liaison between global HR transformation teams and local market HR stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experienced in HR transformation or large-scale change programmes within a multinational environment
- Strong understanding of HR processes and priorities
- Skilled in stakeholder management with the ability to influence and build trust across diverse cultures
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to bridge global and local perspectives
- Proficient in managing workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and change impact assessments
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a matrixed organisation
