Solution Designer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from Computer Engineering and other related departments.
• 8+ years of experience in software analysis, design, development or engineering.
• Broad knowledge of software technologies and development processes, particularly Scrum, Kanban, TDD /BDD, disciplined agile delivery and lean development.
• High level knowledge of cloud technologies, micro service architecture and AI technologies.
• Experience with unit testing tool, designing and integrating solutions using Camunda BPM, PostreSQL, SQL/PL SQL NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Customer-focused, dependable solution-oriented, team-oriented.
• Ability to apply a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Result-oriented, highly motivated leader with excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
• Eagerness for quality and continuous improvement of processes.
• Familiarty with working in an international environment.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Very good level of English proficiency.
