Job Description
We're seeking a Commercial Manager to join our Business UK function, helping shape, protect, and grow customer relationships. You'll manage complex customer contracts, provide commercial insight, and lead negotiations to ensure long-term contract success.
Requirements
- An experienced commercial or contract management professional with around 8+ yearsâ experience
- Confidence in navigating complex commercial and contractual models
- A pragmatic negotiator who can influence and build trust at all levels, internally and externally
- Strong assessment of commercial risk and effective mitigation through contracts or delivery models
- Ability to shape compelling commercial proposals that reflect customer needs, market realities, and value creation
- Comfort with using data, assumptions, and judgement to make sound commercial decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
