Job Description
VodafoneThree is seeking an Enterprise Delivery Framework Process Improvement Lead to own the continuous improvement and optimisation of the Enterprise Delivery Framework, governing over £1bn in annual Capex investment across multiple portfolios and delivery engines. The role involves defining and leading the EDF Continuous Improvement programme, using data, user insight, and root cause analysis to prioritise and implement interventions that remove friction, reduce cost of failure, and improve flow across the investment lifecycle.
Requirements
- Strong systems thinking and analytical depth
- Credibility to influence at executive level and deliver sustained operating model improvement
- Experience in Enterprise Continuous Improvement, Business Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Transformation roles
- Proven track record applying Lean principles in complex, matrixed organisations
