This position is for a Construction Supervisor (m/f/d) Railway according to VV-BAU (IOH) in Leipzig, Dresden, and Erfurt. The role involves local construction supervision, cost and schedule control, contract management, design review, leading meetings, and coordinating parties. It requires a civil engineering background, approval as a Railway Construction Supervisor, and experience in railway projects.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering
• Functional training and approval as a Railway Construction Supervisor according to VV-BAU
• 3 years of professional experience in the implementation of railway projects "under the rolling wheel"
• At least 1-2 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility
• Suitability according to Ril 107 of DB AG
• Sound knowledge of specialist software in the areas of costing, scheduling and digital construction diary
• Sound knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (including DB-RIL, VOB, ZTV)
• Confident demeanor, negotiating skills and assertiveness
• Knowledge of the relevant standards, regulations and guidelines
• Commitment and interest in team-oriented and at the same time independent, responsible work
• Strong quality awareness
