Your tasks
Local construction supervision according to VV-BAU for complex railway infrastructure facilities
Cost and deadline control
Participation in the enforcement of the executing companies
Acceptance of the construction performance
Construction settlement
Contract and supplement management
Plan management
Plan review
Leadership of construction and project meetings
Coordination of the professionally involved
Your profile
Completed study of civil engineering
At least 1-2 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned task area
Training as a construction supervisor for railways according to VV-BAU
Fitness according to Ril 107 of the DB AG
In-depth knowledge of specialized software in the areas of AVA, scheduling, and digital construction diary
In-depth knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines (e.g. DB-RIL, VOB, ZTV)
Confident appearance, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
Knowledge of relevant standards, regulations, and guidelines
Commitment and interest in team-oriented and at the same time independent, self-responsible work
Well-developed sense of quality
Driving license Class B
