Your tasks
Site management and site supervision for complex civil engineering projects
Cost and schedule control
Instructing contractors to settle outstanding invoices
Claims and contract management
Leading construction and project meetings
Coordinating involved parties
Your profile
Completed study in civil engineering
Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in the above tasks, or for beginners we also offer a chance
Thorough knowledge of specialized software in the areas of AVA, MS Project, digital construction diary and plan execution management
Thorough knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines (e.g. VOB, HVA-B-StB, ZTV-ING)
Secure appearance, negotiation skills and assertiveness
Knowledge of relevant standards, regulations and guidelines
Engagement and interest in team-oriented and at the same time independent, self-responsible work
Developed sense of quality
