Manufacturing Engineer

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality. You will work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering (varies by level)
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, injection molding, etc.)
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement tools
• Proficiency in CAD software and/or manufacturing systems (ERP/MRP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Must be responsible, attentive and detail oriented
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks
