Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• MBA or CPA preferred
• 9–12 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
• Experience with project accounting (e.g., percentage‐of‐completion)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated leadership, team-building, and mentoring abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute within deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
