Chef d'Equipe (H/F)

As a Fleet Specialist Team Lead at Voi, you will spend 80% of your time on site and repair tasks, and 20% on management tasks such as recruitment, training, and performance monitoring of the Fleet Specialist team. Your mission will include vehicle allocation, logistics, maintenance of quality standards, team management, talent development, and synergistic planning.

Requirements

• Valid driving license
• Mastery of French and basic knowledge of English
• Previous experience in team management
• Basic knowledge and ability to use digital tools
• Availability and willingness to work in rotating hours from Monday to Saturday
• Strong sense of responsibility and proactive and positive attitude
