Fleet Specialist Team Lead

As the Team Lead, you will manage a team of Fleet Specialists to ensure operational excellence and high quality of service for Voi's users in Kristiansand. Your responsibilities will include hiring, training, and performance management of the team, implementing new procedures, and maintaining and repairing Voi's fleet of vehicles.

Requirements

• 2+ years of previous work experience in a similar role
• Experience managing a team of people
• A valid driver's licence for Norway
• General understanding of digital work tools (MS-office, G-Suite)
