Job Description
Voices is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth and retention.
Requirements
- Previous on-the-job experience in an individual contributor in a sales position with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals
- Ability to identify and build relationships with senior-level decision-makers
- Proven ability to listen, extrapolate information, and leverage resources to effectively provide solutions to customer needs
- Ability to effectively learn technical products, services, and solutions, and readily apply new knowledge required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer interface skills
- Strong contract negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Salesforce CRM experience is considered an asset
