Advanced Carpenter (ID #522)

Advanced Carpenter - Commercial Restoration & Reconstruction. Proactively identify potential project challenges, train and mentor junior carpenters, and lead construction efforts on commercial CAT Team projects.

Requirements

• Supervise unskilled labor, entry-level and intermediate team members, and subcontractors on residential, commercial, multi-family, industrial, institutional, and high-risk projects
• Provide clear guidance on project tasks and escalate complex issues appropriately
• Maintain tools and equipment used in daily operations
• Perform emergency response services such as board-ups and securing structures against further damage
