Job Description
Advanced Carpenter needed for commercial reconstruction and restoration projects. Must have advanced knowledge of commercial construction practices, tools, and equipment. Leadership role in training and mentoring junior carpenters.
Requirements
- Supervise unskilled labor, entry-level and intermediate team members, and subcontractors
- Provide clear guidance on project tasks and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Maintain tools and equipment used in daily operations
- Perform emergency response services such as board-ups and securing structures against further damage
- Complete additional duties as business needs require
