Estimator Commercial Drywall (ID#539)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Drywall Estimator to join our Pre-Construction team. Requirements

• Bid Proposals: Interpret plans, specifications, and drawings to prepare accurate, competitive bids for drywall projects.
• Material & Labor Costs: Maintain an understanding of local labor, material, and equipment costs to ensure accurate estimates.
• Code Compliance: Ensure all estimates comply with local, city, and state building codes for each assigned location.
• Team Management: Manage and mentor project engineers and assistant estimators, providing support and guidance to help them develop professionally.
• Product Knowledge: Continuously improve and expand your knowledge of all product lines, including drywall, acoustical systems, doors/frames/hardware (Div 8), and specialties (Div 10).
• Collaborate with Pre-Construction Teams: Work closely with other members of the pre-construction team, including project managers, to ensure smooth project handover and accurate budgeting.
